Why We Started TrueTouch
After a combined 60 years in the flooring industry, we knew there had to be a better way to do business. In 2017, TrueTouch was founded by two partners who met at a bar in the Florida Keys and shared the same vision: to build a flooring company that delivers beautiful, high-performance products without the corporate fluff.
From day one, our mission has been to create great products at fair prices, work with people we actually like, and treat every partner with the respect and transparency they deserve.
We’re a lean but mighty crew based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida—best known for great surf, good vibes, and a few shark sightings. Despite being based in sunny Florida, our mighty team operates nationally and supports large-scale distribution partners across the U.S.
